What a mixed experience! The hotel's location is fantastic, being super close to the beach and walking path, but the rooms were a bit of a letdown with an issue in the shower drain. Some staff members were unfriendly, yet one staff member was helpful and even gave fruits as a snack. The hotel's dining options were disappointing, and the price might not align with the overall experience.
The hotel may not be the fanciest, more like a Motel 6, but it's in a wonderful location near the beach and city center. The rooms were satisfactory, although it would have been nice to have a mini bar with drinks included. The service was a mix of friendly and somewhat unresponsive staff. Dining options were average, with a highlight on salads. Overall, it's a decent choice if you prioritize location over luxury.
The hotel may not quite live up to its 4-4.5-star status in terms of room quality, but the amazing view of the pool area and beach makes up for it. However, early check-ins are not guaranteed before 3 pm. The service is professional, although some concerns are addressed with delays and there's a limit on complimentary water bottles. The location is wonderful, situated right in front of a beautiful beach. Dining options might be lacking, but the facility is extensive and the beach is just across the street.
